Deleting windows old.

I did a fresh install of windows vista 32 bit on my dell 1501. I have everything installed that I need. It saved all my old stuff in windows old but it won't let me delete it saying I don't have admin privilages. Any ideas? Thanks.

I tried it and it says it gave me permission but then when I tried to do it still told me I don't have the permission. Any other ideas?
