Angry deleating start up programms

im tryin to clean up my laptop, i go to msconfig, disable all the start up stuff, which there are 4 of, go to restart and there still there, i used CCleaner, and tried to deleat them, but they keep on coming back, msconfig just re enables them!

they are:

stisvsq.exe
msqdevl.exe
mservice.exe
iau.exe

any ideas?

ok i got that, i went to delet, but they were still there in msconfig?

i got CCleaner, avst and adaware, shoudl i get the other two?

but its really infected the lappy, im running avast now, i did manage to sort msconfig out tho
