I do it every 2 weeks since I am always downloading and installing stuff from download.com and then uninstalling it 2 days later.

Actually, PC magazine recently did a study on defragmentation and found no conclusive performance/health gain in any way. Its a good idea to do it every once and awhile, but I say every 2 months or so is MORE than enough.

Do you get all checkered flags,i do.
Use pcpitstop autofix for some answers.
Prepare means to permanetly delete a lot of junk, and useless files and empty Windows/temp folder.
How many *.gid,*.tmp,*.ooo files do you have ? useless files.
