Angry Ctrl, Alt, Delete Problem

Alright I've had this problem for a while it just wasn't that big of a deal, so I didn't bother to fix it. Now, I just wanna get it handled.

There's no way for me to see other tabs besides the wireless connection one. It's mildly frustrating, especially when I'm trying to end processes.

Any support you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
