change the start menu in window 7 pro

I'm new to window 7. Around the house I have three different kinds of windows. I have windows vista, xp home edition, and window 7 professional. I was wondering how do you change the start menu on window 7 like windows xp. Because I could not find a way to change it. Here is an example of it:

I want the start menu like that.
