Default CDFS help!

Hi,
Ive just fully formated my computer after backing up all my personal information, music, programs etc to 2 x DVD+RW's and 1 DVD-RW. I have done this a few times before and havent noticed any difference with using + or -. however this time when i tried to access the -RW dvd, it says it has 3.75 gig on it, after opening it, there are just 6 files totaling 124k! since this disc has most of my personal data on it - its really important i get the information back! i hpe someone can help me - there is a screenshot below:

Please can anyone help? i was using Sonic Recordnow DX for all 3 dvd's on a Sony DRU-510A burner and running XP Pro.

Thanks!
