It only happened once so far but I figure it will happen again, anyone know about this one?

It usually means a driver issue or faulty memory. Update your video and audio drivers to their latest as well as perform a Windows update, and run memtest to test your RAM.

I thought 0xC2 errors are usually faulty drivers or buggy software. And i thought that series of laptops had CPU issues anyway.
