AVI Video Help

Can't seem to get AVI videos to work in a windows 10 computer. I installed VLC media player and K lite codec pack as well as cole2k media codec pack advanced and still nothing.

Any other suggestions?

VLC most certainly plays AVI without any additional codecs, in my experience. Windows Media Player should also play it. AVI is a fairly common format. Are you getting an error message? Audio with no video? Video with no audio?

Shoot. Was hoping to get a response before the computer went home. Mother in laws computer.

VLC it would do nothing. No errors sound. It would just open and sit there.

Windows Media would pop up with an error, but can't remember what it said now. I can find out though.
