When I turn my computer, I get the message, "The Instruction at "0x00cfeb0c" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be written. I've tried to reinstall Avast but that doesn't fix the problem. I have tried to manually start the RPC and that doesn't work either. What to do????
