Address Book on XP

If you go to Start > Programs > Accessories > Address Book

It loads the Address Book program.... let's say I have contact entries there... Can you import them into Mozilla Thunderbird?

export them as CVS

I tried to export them as a CSV file, but it gives me an error saying it could not be done.

The farthest I get is choosing what data I want to export (First Name, Email, Work #, etc...) -- this is after choosing where I want to save it as and as what. Then I hit finish... which takes me to a screen that says: "Error exporting the Address Book"

Any solutions?

I am doing exactly what csamuels is saying:

"file | export | other address book

pick comma separated values."

SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to export a Comma-Separated Value file from Windows Address Book, the Address Book Export tool may display the following error message:
Error exporting the Address Book

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the location to which you are exporting the Address Book is full.

RESOLUTION

Export the Address Book again to a location with more free disk space.

That's not the case, I just reformatted my laptop so I have around 50Gb of free space. I just exported it to the desktop.
