Hi guys
I am using windows 7 and whenever trying to access drive c getting error message "access to drive c denied". I tried to see the owner of the drive and there a message "the owner name can not be displayed", it seems that someone has hacked my computer and has taken over the ownership of the drive. How can I get the ownership back?

This particular thread would be more useful in it's correct forum which would be hardware troubleshooting. I'll let a Mod know so they can have it moved.

It is a Windows thing. Not a hardware thing.

So let me ask this. Are there any other users on this PC? There is less than a 1% chance that your system was hacked and someone removed your permissions. That is unless you have used things like LimeWire, BearShare, surf without any kind of protection and have not installed any updates.

So give us more information. Did you upgrade an older OS? Is there multiple accounts? Can you boot into Safe Mode? Are you able to try and take ownership using methods provided in this thread:
