Replacing Laptop $1000

I am looking to replace my old f8 series asus. I need something that I can play games smoothly, surf the net and watch movies on. I am looking for the best computer for my price including warranty.

I am not sure what the model number is. I got the computer for about 1000 almost three years ago. I am looking for a new computer for around $1000 that will do all the stuff I said.

Look on the bottom decal of the laptop; that will give the model number.

What games are you planning on playing? What other applications are you going to be using?

I will probably be playing wow, call of duty and assassins creed. I use microsoft office programs and watch some hi def television. I do not have the laptop with me at the moment for the model number.
