Hey guys
i'm working on a friends laptop
he said he was downloading something then just closed it and it usually goes to sleep or hibernate and then he opens it up and resumes his usual pc stuff
But this time when he opened the cover it just showed a blank screen
Tried restarting, it gives 2 option, boot into recommended options or previous
Running windows 7
any option i choose, it stays in the windows 7 loading screen, left it for hours
I tried running safe mode and it got stuck on the screen when loading services
I tired booting from a windows cd hoping to load windows 7 repair, but it just get's stuck on the windows 7 loading...
any idea what's going on?
