Default ASUS K40IJ Series

Good day! I need help, My laptop often Lags and then a notifications pop-ups saying that the DRIVER has stop working and then recovers. What does it mean and how to fix it. It kind of a nuisance. So Please i need solutions and what it's cause. Thank you.

It sounds like probably the graphics driver. Does the message look kind of like this?

You need to reinstall your graphics drivers.

What graphics card do you have? If you have a nVidia card, go to World Leader in Visual Computing Technologies | NVIDIA
If you have an ATI card, go to Advanced Micro Devices Inc. and choose the correct driver for your card's model.
