I'm new to this forum, but am hoping that someone can help me, as I'm in quite a bad situation.
I know this is probably lazy, but do you mind if I post a link to another forum where I am also trying to get help? It just saves me having to type it all out again.

Anyway, I'm desparately trying to get this fixed, as it's not only a file server, but also a mail server and it's currently down as a result.
