The new Dell Axum is my personal preference right now.

I love the HP(Compaq) iPaq's because they have a beautiful screen and superior performance. Although they are heavy and expensive, if you want a great PDA and your willing to spend the money, get a newer Ipaq... or even their new one that has a TFT Display but not all the features. If your looking less expensive go with a Palm m515 or something.

Thumbs up What PDA

I'd not hesitate to recommend the Palm M515, I have been using it for ages without any issues. Good software support too!!!
