Question What kind of RAM is this?

I found this in my dad's drawer and I am wondering what kind of ram/ how much it is. It says viking components ais-mB9 94v-0. On the little chips themselves it says Korea B003 9704 FFF 51W17805BJ6. Im just curious what it is. Thanks guys!
