So, please if this does make any sense to you lot ;) Please reply and tell me whether
my pc is compatible for the new graphics card or not.

Cheers (Y)

P.S If anyone lives in the England, UK (preferably in the midlands) could you tell me
any places that you know of that sells the new ATI Radeon x800 and the prices i would
be expecting to pay.

The black socket above the three white ones is your AGP socket. According the article you posted about the mobo, it is a 4x AGP socket and should work with your mobo.

As far as prices go, check Dabs, they are usually pretty cheap.

if u are going to go for a card of that caliber, i would suggest buying a new motherboard, one that supports agp 8x. theres no point in buying a $500-$1000 if it is only going to work at half power....
Also your CPU would need an upgrade...
From your current specs your 'new' graphics card would not even be BEGINNING to use its potential power. If money is not an issue i recommend building a completely new system from scratch. However if money IS an issue i suggest buying a cheaper graphics card (Radeon 9800 maybe), and spending the rest of the money on other upgrades , ie chip, motherboard and ram.

Thanks for the reply. My PC was customly made, its only a year old but i knew the guy didnt put in the best he should of put in for the money he got.

Anyway cheers, i will take this into consideration
