Default Upgrading Questions

With the new wave of games coming out I've decided to upgrade from my Radeon 9200 card to a radeon 9800 pro. After some research on the card I've learned that it needs to be hooked up to your power supply. So i checked out the wattage on my power supply and found out its only good for 200 watts. According to ATI's site I should have at least a 300 watt power supply. So basically what I'm wondering is do you guys have any suggestions on what type of power supply I can get.

its an HP. I just did some rough measurements and i think that that power supply is gonna be too deep for my case. Looks like an awesome supply though.
