Im wondering if my temperatures are a little high for my CPU
Im running a Sempron 2500+ @ 1750Mhz. The processor is not overclocked. My cooling unit is a large fan 5500RPM. the heatsink is a dual alloy, Copper heat speader and aluminum fins. Im using ArcticSilver 5 for thermal compound.

My cpu is currently between
40*C and 43*C Idle and
45*C - 55*C loaded.

Although these temps seem low my cpu was origionaly at 56*C idle.

I added a ducting system with a intake fan from the front drive bays to the CPU fan. My PSU has an oversized fan that aids in venting the case, and i have another rear case fan.

my temps droped to about 48*C idle.

I then reduced my core voltage from standard 1.6V to 1.5V keeping full stability.

my temps then droped down to what they are now.

i then added another fan at the bottom intake of the front of my case, but that didnt do anything but keep my hard drives cooler.

I dont know why my cpu is so Warm. I know people that are running the Sempron 2500+ overclocked, with one case fan and stock cooling, with Idle temps of 35*C.

Although my temps are decent, i still feel they could be cooler.

any help plz.

well my case is only at 24*C. I have an intake fan at the front bottom, and a rear exhaust. My PSU has an extramly large fan that also helps exhaust the case.
