Everytime I power my computer, I have to wait about 13-15 minutes before I can do anything on my computer. Usually when you turn on your computer, the "Windows Chim/Sound" comes right up. Mine comes up in 13-15 minutes, after everything is ok. What can be the problem? I tried using adware and defragging my drive, but nothing helps, unless I wait it out for the windows chim.
My usb port is also acting up. I tried to plug w/ usb to my nokia phone to download mp3's into my phone, but for some reason the Nokia program won't recognize any memory in the phone, thus is won't allow me to add music. But when I plug it in, it does give me a icon on the far right corner saying "There is a new device etc."
I have a p4 asus motherboard 2.7 gh. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
