Integrated Into Chip?

What does it mean for the FSB to be integrated into the chip?

Ive got an idea but not sure...

It means that there is no front side bus. AMD 64 processors use an integrated memory controller, so the information travels at speeds the Processor is running at (GHZ) instead of speeds regular front side busses run at (MHZ). A 2.2 GHZ AMD 64 processor will have a "theoretical" FSB of 2.2 GHZ, while the new Pentium Processors have a FSB of 1 GHZ.

so does the motherboard have to support that...

The motherboard will only have to match the socket number. You do not have to worry about the FSB for amd 64 processors.
