Hi there. I changed internet providers and connected my printer to the new network. It immediately found it and I could print. Today, I couldn't get anything printed. When I checked in the printer, it stated that it was offline. I tried everything: manually enter IP addreses, searching, etc, until I printed the wireless diagnostic and it gave me the news that the wireles raio is not working (it appears as ön" in the printer) and asked me to contact HP support. Well, I have tried everything on HP support as well to no avail (cannot even find my printer in the menu). Does someone know what to do? thanks!
