Default Help with power problem

Hey every one i need some help new PC wont turn on its really strange its as if it is getting power but it wont stay on and to clarify that i press the power butten and the power light just keeps flashing on and off i flip it around and i can see the fan spin and then when the light flashes off it stops then the light flashes again and it spins again.

Sounds like a CPU or motherboard problem. That's generally the case when something like that happens meaning power to the system but no response other than that.

You could try reseating the RAM and video card first to see if either of those are causing the issue. If not then more than likely CPU or perhaps the motherboard is grounding out to the case
