It is better to have a low multiplyer and high FSB, which is why AMD powns intel because athlon 64 processors have 1600MHZ FSB and intels only 800 and that is why they suck.
That's not correct
As Chris said it's not FSB it's hyper transport for AMDs and intels have like 1000+ now but that's still different than AMDs.....
All AMD64's have the same CPU HTT which is set at 200, so they don't have 'high FSB's and low multipliers'
They are all at 200HTT and come with differentiating multis that'll calculate the CPU's overall speed.
The motherboard for the AMD64 is what supports the 1600 or 2000HTT with its HTT Link speed multiplier.
