Default Fan controller

After my recent stint of overclocking, it has become apparent to me that I am going to need to upgrade my cooling system. I am going to by an additional 80mm fan and a fan controller for my case. Question: what connectors will the fan controller use? Will it use a typical 4 pin from the PSU? what about the connectors to the fans? I know I'll figure this out when I actually get the controller, but I cant wait for info, u know? Thanks!

Also, any good suggestions on fan controllers? It can't have any large nobs because I have a drive cover door that needs to be able to close.

This is a very good fan controler. It has 18watt's per-channel, which is great for high power fans. It will also control 4 of them. It comes with 2 12''inch lights, with a light controler.

can't have the big knobs??? uhhh why?

Sunbeam Rheobus is the best controller I've ever come across, it's 20w per channel and the knobs are able to turn the fans completely off.
