Default Core speed is dropping

The past few weeks my core speed has been dropping on my old dell. It's suppose to be 1300, but it has dropped to 1296. So what does this mean? Is my dell gonna die on me?

Dont worry about it

This is due to a little crystal vibrating back and forth at lets say 100 \ 133 mhz not vibrating as fast.

4 mhz is nothing, I lost 13 on another mobo.

Yes, your clock speed/frequency and your time on the BIOS is measured by the vibration of a quartz crystal..... oh... I forget where the thing is located.....
