It's fairly simple, break the rules, and get banned.A forum isn't a democracy, and anyone who joins it is subject to the wishes of the people running it.If they haven't read the rules, then perhaps a bannorization will cause them to read the rules in the next forum they join.

you kids have problems... lol... I think someone was saying something about a timer, I think that there should be a timer set for when you make an account. So it will give you 3 days or say to atleast look at the rules. And if you never do a page should come up on your next login that will make you look at the rules for 5-10 minutes or something like that... I dont know... took me like 2 seconds to come up with that idea.
