Default Buying new computer

I was wondering if any of you can help or suggest what kind of computer you think of this:

Intel Celeron 2.40 GHz Package
Intel® Celeron® 2.4 GHz Retail Box Processor
Asus P4S533-MX-UAYZ Motherboard w/ Video, Audio, Lan, USB2.0
Elite V60 Mid Tower Case w/ Side Intake Fan, Front USB ports
ATX 400W Power Supply, P4 & AMD Ready
Onboard Graphics
Onboard Audio
Onboard 10/100 Ethernet

It is an upgrade package and goes for $300 CDN.
