Default Best mobo's for the following...

Motherboard that would be best suited for use in a computer designed specifically for each of the following: a) gaming b) internet and email c) college student. I am building my 1st computer and need help. Doesn't matter if it's amd or intel. Money really isn't an issue. I appreciate any help.

TIA

Well, more detail is needed, unfortunately.

Are you going to use an AMD or Intel Processor? Will it be a low-end processor, such as Sempron, or high-end?

Doesn't matter if it's intel or amd. I just want to know which mobo is the best to do all three of the above. In otherwords best mobo for gaming, best mobo for nternet and email and best mobo for college student.

For gaming, you will need a video card as well. Most motherboards have enough video memory for Windows XP, but thats about it.

I would go with a cheaper motherboard, but go for at least 128MB PCI/AGP video card.

Here is one: EVGA Geforce FX5500 256MB AGP video card, $53
