Arrow Is 6600 compatible with my computer?

Look at my specs below. Is the nvidia 6600 compatible with my motherboard and my hardware? Thanks a lot.

does your mobo support PCI-Express 16x? then yes, because i'm sure that the 6600's will only be out in PCI-X firstly.

all you have to do is see what video slots you have, either agp4x/8x or pci-e16x, then get a corresponding card.

I don't know if my mobo has pci-e, that is why I asked. I have the ASUS nForce 2 Ultra 400 A7N8X-X

it would probally be very unlikly, as pci express has just came out for amd motherboards, nad thats for the socket 939 boards. I think they are coming out for agp in late november/early december.

No, currently there is no AMD socket board that supports pci-e although there is one coming..hard to say when though.
