Default Windows Vista x64 Ultimate boot problem

When i switch my computer on, it goes past the screen where it has the XFX logo (my motherboard logo). Then it goes to a screen and says :
Windows Root/system32/ntoskrnl.exe is missing or corrupted - reinstall to fix.
Or something to that effect...
Anybody know how i can fix this?
