no it wont say on the box. and even if it does, it will usually mean only 32bit vista.
look for the Linksys WMP54g card. its in a blue box, one of the most common wireless pci cards available.
open the box. look at the card. on the sticker stuck to the card, it will say what version it is, you want it to say either "Version 4.1" or "V 4.1". any other version and all bets are off.

if you cant find a WMP54g version 4.1 card i can direct you to some USB wireless adapters that will work in Vista 64. trust me, i searched thru them all lol.

That would be nice, can you recommend me some good USB wireless adapters? But, are they as good?

yeah they are pretty good. a little more expensive, though.

this one will work:
D-Link DWA-130 Wireless N USB Adapter
(DWA-130), but you have to be SURE its version B1 or C1 see this page:
D-Link DWA-130 Wireless N USB Adapter

version A1 WILL NOT install under 64bit Vista. B1 or C1 will, with the appropriate driver.

any version of this one:
D-Link DWA-140 RangeBooster N USB Adapter
(DWA -140) will work.

Ok thanks, but which what would you recommend from newegg? I am using 802.11b, though. Because when I went to frys today they had a very limited selection.

EDIT
I found this one on newegg that says it works with 64 bit and some customer reviews say it. Newegg.com - Rosewill RNX-G1 IEEE 802.11b/g USB 2.0 Wireless Black Dongle with External 2dBi SMA Antenna Up to 54Mbps Data Rates 64/128-bit WEP, WPA/WPA2, WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK - Wireless Adapters
Do you think its any good?
