I'd upgrade to at least 500w personally. I tend to go a little overbaord with my psu's but I think you could really benefit from it-plus a decent power supply isn't very expensive. An nvidia 7xxx/ati 18xx series card would take up a prety good amount of power. Their fans are pretty big and they use their own power leads. A 500-600w psu will cost 50 or 60 bucks.
