Default VGA card ID needed

I have a VGA card and need to know if its worth putting in my machine.
Currently I'm using the one built into the board.
MB is M7VIG 400

The one I got from a friend only has the following markings
on a tag.
CT7990600 031852

Can anyone ID this card ? Should I use it instead of the built in?
Any Info would be appreciated.

Well, this is about all I could find:

Judging by all this, that vid card is pretty old, and doesn't look like it has much for driver support anymore.

Unless you have an old motherboard that has really bad onboard, you are better off just sticking with the onboard.
