Hey guys,

I got a problem with my PC shutting down and I think its running to hot I got something called speed fan but not sure what is what.

What you guys/girls think?

I think Temp1 is the CPU??? soo not sure. If so suggestions? As I have a OCZ power supply with one fan and 3 chasis fans and ofcourse the CPU fan

Im pretty sure Temp 1 is the motherboard,

Temp 2 being the GPU,

and Temp 3 being your cpu...

I dunno what the **** remote is....

Different motherboards list the temps differently... my shuttle SN25P lists them as:

SF / actual
HD0 / HDD
CPU / Northbridge
Remote / CPU

Temp 1 and Fan 1 are for the same thing and since it is the only fan hooked to the motherboard it would have to be for CPU. It is a little hot but the problem looks like the cpu fan is spinning a little slow. Have you cleaned your cpu Heat sink and fan?

I had the same problems with my pc getting way to hot. Then I sent it to the guy that built it and he put a variable speed fan on my processor so now I just crank it up if it gets to hot. I dont have any problems anymore.
