Raid 0 Setup Help?

I am setting up raid 0 for the firs time using 2 WD raptors 500gb. I set up the raid correctly and it shows in my Bios when I set the boot order. In the Bios Iv also have the Raid mode set to Raid not IDE which i think is also correct. These are brand new drives and I restart and put in the windows 7 disc It will not boot. Simply says "CD-Rom Boot Priority ...Boot Ready" And will just sit there. Help Please this is getting frustrating :/ Also if i change the Raid mode in bios to IDE the win 7 CD will boot but when i look for the drivers for Raid none are compatible.

Have you used the f12 or f11 to select the CD drive as boot option. Also if your Bios has the option to select the ide or raid option on each SATA port see which on the cd rom is in and select ide for that on e port. My board right now want let me do that but my last board could.
What mobo do you have?
