I am having a problem with users locking up on a PC Expanion L200 terminal box.
the users connect to a vmhost though the box and go about their business, however the session will lock up every now and then - keyboard, taskbar, icons - but the mouse will not.
you cannot alt/tab or use the window key
users can shut the box off and log back in to continue their session with no problems.
nComputing has not acknowledged this problem yet, even with the amount of threads created on thier forum with this exact issue.
If anyone has had this problem and found a fix for it, please let me know
