New problem: computer isnt recognizing cameras..

try this
device manager
check for any sony drivers
UNINSTALL all of them
reboot computer
make sure the sony PRODUCTS ARE NOT PLUGGED IN
then install the software(s)
after installing all of them
then plug the sony products in
it should recognize it
