Default New Mobo, scrambled screen.

I have an HP Pavilion m8200n. My old motherboard was fried (lightning, grr...) so I replaced the motherboard to an ASUS M4A785-M.
Everything has gone well, except for the front panel connector (I had a 9-pin, the new mobo is 20-8 pins.) I've put it on there so that the Power On/ground is working well, but that's not the problem...

Now that I have turned on the computer, the screen is scrambled, and it appears I have to setup the BIOS (which isn't a problem).

I've checked all the cords and replugged them all in. Not sure how to fix this issue... it seems like a graphics problem, and not a motherboard problem?

Try resetting BIOS. I wouldn't mix user-end motherboards with manufacturer's. The PSU could not be strong enough.

I had a recent problem just like that when my mothers pc went berserk in august.
Check out the ram first and see if that might be the problem, I know it's going on lim here, but try another working stick of ram.

Looks like his time is messed up, and his drives aren't being detected.
