my fan makes a lot of noise on boot

hey, this has been happening ever since i oced my kuma a little bit.
when i turn on my computer, the case side fan (blows hot air out of my case) makes this really loud sound as if it is spinning really really fast. this continues until i log in to xp, then it goes down to what it used to be

so... what the heck is going on and how do i fix this?

Go into the BIOS and see if there is an option for it. I don't think it will have an option of rotation speed, but if it doesn't mess w/ it there.

If you can't do that, ensure nothing is blocking the fan blades, and also make sure the fan is screwed in snug on the case.
