Default My computer won't boot correctly.

My pc just started acting up today.
I shut it off, then when I went to restart it, right when my mouse appears on my screen and it seems like windows xp is loading up, I hear my computer restart, and it goes back to reboot.

Don't know what is going on, I tried pulling out my power supply cord and reconnecting it to the outlet, still nothing.

Need some help,
thanks,
Hells Angel
