K kiyotaka In Runtime Messages 359 Nov 10, 2005 #1 is it normal for a Sempron 64 2800+ to run around 85F and 90 under load? I had it in the same case, same ventilation setup, just a diff board and it ran around 113 all the bus speeds on the board are the same. could the CPU diode be off?
