Big problem again, please help

A good point that you shouldn't try to walk b4 you can run, but to unplug the fans is pretty simple.

Just find a fan, & follow the wires back to the M/B- pull the plugs out, making **** sure you know where the socket is for reconnecting.

He didn't just say fans though, he said everything except heatsink video card, ram, etc.

You're also talking about unplugging optical drives, sound cards, hard drive controlers, along with who knows what other hardware he has in there.

What happens when he doesnt know not to hot plug a sound card and fries it and the pci slot?

Bottom line, if you dont know the basics, why risk damaging something and costing yourself money. Pay the $30 to have a good local shop take a look at it and tell you whats wrong.

And if you really want to learn, stand there and watch what they do.
