New motherboard, was working fine yesterday and now I come to switch on my PC it just freezes on the splash screen and everything is un-responsive. I've tried to clear the BIOS but that did not help either. Are there any other procedures I can go through?

Edit: It was a problem with a USB hub or something or other drawing power I read somewhere so I unplugged it and it works. Close please
