Puddle Jumper Mod Emeritus Messages 4,292 Feb 7, 2009 #2 You can't compare ghz between different processor architectures and ghz is not a direct indication of performance. Currently certain intel cpu's are faster clock for clock meaning a 2.5ghz intel cpu is faster than a 2.5 ghz amd cpu.
