Ok, so to give you all an update, i have upgraded my bios on my A8n-Sli motherboard to Beta 1604. All seemed well and i haven't noticed any problems related to the bios. The good news with regard to the tv tuner card (MSI Ati Theater 550pro) is that my computer won't blue screen everytime it starts up. So i can have the tv tuner card in my computer and windows device installs it as ATi AV Stream Unified Driver and i am able to use windows vista premium just like normal with no blue screen. But the tv tuner card still doesn't work, if i try to install any drivers for it it blue screens while saying detecting graphics hardware (it doesn't matter what drivers i try as i have tried numerous different versions). Also if i try to use the tv in media center it blue screens.

Thanks for your posts everyone, and if anyone else might be able to help, let me know.
