before i buy, are there any better ati ones that are more better then the gts 250 and in around the price range of the gts 250

from where you're buying them from, no not really.

for around the same price you'll only find 5670s which are slower, for a little more you'll find a 5750 which offers pretty much the same performance.

That memory gap is the difference and it's a big one

The other issue is, who makes them?? The site doesn't tell that.

Plus I don't like the idea of hot gpu air being blown into my case.

okay i bought the psu annd gts 250
i have everything plug in, no im getting a blank screen and no post beep, i get no beeps at all.
what seems to be the problem?

phew, nevermind, i was able to get it to test post and now everything run fine.
