EDIT: Ok, just saw a link for that adaptor in the OP, so assuming it works then you can use any ATX power supply if you use that adaptor with it.
actually the dell he has does use the ATX form factor. so any of the PSU's i mentioned wold have worked

Alright and just to clarify, would the PC Power and cooling 610w I mentioned work for sure?

Yes everything will work!!!! We have clarified. Pc&c works with dells, philbar told you your dell however is atx form factor, therefore just about any and all psus will work.
