Surface Pro 2 VS Surface Pro 3

Hi, I have been thinking about buying the Microsoft Surface Pro 2, but yesterday I saw The Verge's YouTube channel and there is a Surface Pro 3 coming out.

This is where I need your help, should i pre-order the Surface Pro 3 or should i just go ahead and buy the Surface Pro 2?

I'm not a tab buff by any means but the Surface Pro 3 seems like a far better device in terms of raw performance.
